Synopsis

The present work aims to carry out an assessment, from a legal-political perspective, of the current migratory phenomenon, analyzing the impact that the 2030 Agenda may have on its regulation. In addition, it proposes a case study of various migratory actions in different territories worldwide, which will allow us to verify whether the objectives of the Agenda are being met (that is, lights and shadows).

Director de la Red Hispanoamericana de Derechos Humanos Francisco de Vitoria.

Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Burgos, catedrático de Derecho Administrativo y director de la Red Hispanoamericana de Derechos Humanos Francisco de Vitoria. Especialista en derechos humanos, gobernanza, administraciones públicas locales, TIC y derecho energético. Cuenta con más de cien publicaciones jurídicas, destacándose recientemente sus investigaciones sobre migración y derechos humanos.
